We are currently inviting candidates to apply for a full-time Material Handler I position. Schedule

Tuesday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

This role involves performing end-of-line production duties and picking customer orders in the warehouse safely, accurately, and efficiently to support our mission of developing and marketing high-quality brands and running best-in-class operations.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Essential Functions
  • Order picking using pick slips, planning routes to optimize efficiency, and maintaining proper stacking to prevent damage.
  • Operating a forklift to remove products from stacks and using RF scanners for verification.
  • Securing products on pallets with shrink-wrap and staging for loading.
  • Performing end-of-line duties such as palletizing, documenting transfers, and locating warehouse space.
  • Maintaining a supply of pallets and consolidating like items in warehouse locations.
  • Completing paperwork accurately and operating forklifts safely.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Working safely and courteously, assisting with loading/unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with team members.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Forklift operation skills, ability to calculate units, attention to detail, basic math, and computer skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, multitasking, and troubleshooting abilities.
Safety and Improvement
  • Adherence to safety policies, participation in continuous improvement, and support for wellness and environmental initiatives.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must pass forklift certification. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and tolerate moderate heat.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, based on experience and location.
