JOB SUMMARY: Move raw materials, supplies and finished goods manually, by hand truck or forklift to designated areas in the facility or onto trucks as necessary or defined by Materials Supervisor.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $19.00 - $29.86.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out basic written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
Basic computer skills required.
Forklift certification.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One (1) year experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally require to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop or bend. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.
