Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Prior forklift experience is required; 1+ year preferred.
• Experience with production processes involving paper or chemical handling is preferred.
• Computer literacy including Excel is required.
• Good oral and written communication skills are needed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality inspections and testing throughout shift, identifying defects.
• Understand production parameters to minimize defects and increase output.
• Train to perform adjustments to production line based on automated and manual checks.
• Adhere to documentation and SOPs for production and quality guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Handle material flow of raw and finished goods and operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Attend job-related training and complete shift reports and checklists.
• Perform housekeeping and other tasks as assigned by management.
