Material Handler

Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Material Handler based in Weatherford, TX. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this role involves properly stacking finished pipe, checking for quality, and using a forklift to weigh and transport finished products.

What you'll do:

1. Assist with Quality Control duties
2. Package finished pipe in proper crate quantities
3. Weigh and transport finished product
4. Process regrind
5. Perform all other assigned duties

What you'll bring:

1. Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization
2. Adaptability to changes in the work environment, handling multiple demands, and dealing with frequent changes
3. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Capability to lift 70 pounds unassisted
5. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Within 3 months, you'll:

1. Complete any required training
2. Develop relationships with key stakeholders
3. Become proficient in Atkore's Business System and understand your role's importance to daily operations
