Ascentec Engineering, LLC seeks a Material Handler for our Dallas, Oregon facility to support shipping and receiving operations on-site. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as part of employment considerations. The position requires handling, inventory management, and coordination with staff to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into stock.
• Pick materials and deliver to downstream & upstream internal customers/departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and end of month inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in a computer system.
• Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Final clean and packaging for a wide variety of products.
• Prepare all shipping paperwork using EpiCor, UPS and FedEx websites.
• Verify incoming shipments.
• Arrange occasional LTL and same-day shipments.
• Local pickup and delivery back-up.

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Material Handler for our Dallas, Oregon facility! The selected candidate will help with shipping and receiving.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This role is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) at our Dallas, Oregon location and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To include, but not limited to the following:

• Receive materials into stock
• Pick materials and deliver to downstream & upstream, internal customers/departments
• Maintain accurate inventory levels

• Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines in a fast paced, quick turn environment
• Final clean and packaging for a wide variety of products

Working Conditions

• Works in a machine shop environment.
• May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
• Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
• Occasional local travel may be required.

• Compensation DOE -- range is $16 to $21 per hour
