Job summary

Lennox is seeking a manufacturing support associate to stage materials and sub-assemblies for production in the U.S. plant. Under direct supervision, you’ll help maintain workflow and ensure components are available.

You will locate materials, expedite shortages, and communicate issues to leaders. The role requires basic reading/writing, numeracy, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; forklift operation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of transaction affect on inventory.
• Correctly measures materials.
• Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required.
• Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $20.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
