Now Hiring Material Handler I at our Reno, NV distribution center

This is a full-time position of 40 hours working Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Six paid holidays, and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Perform safe and accurate manual packaging of products, putting away products, and picking orders while meeting defined production standards within the Distribution Center.
2. Package inbound material, including assortment kit assembly using package labeling systems, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical staplers, and shrink wrapping.
3. Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
4. Pick orders on the warehouse floor using non-powered industrial equipment.
5. Perform cart put-away, restocking, and assist with inventory cycle counts on the warehouse floor using non-powered industrial equipment.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.

- At least one year of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations.

- Average math skills and effective reading & writing skills.

- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to stand and walk most of the time in a warehouse environment.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
