Job Summary

This role involves performing physical and administrative tasks related to storing, counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The responsibilities include maintaining records of materials, compiling inventory data, and preparing requisitions.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure a continuous supply of materials to production lines.
2. Provide workstations with sufficient parts quantities.
3. Maintain a steady flow of materials to production lines.
4. Pull required items based on requisitions, order lists, or stock lists.
5. Use checklists to ensure kit accuracy during material pull.
6. Accumulate orders, report shortages, and transport completed orders to the staging area.
7. Process returned items and unscheduled issues.
8. Maintain inventory records of received, stocked, and issued materials.
9. Prepare procurement requests for materials.
10. Follow material handling instructions fully.
11. Keep the warehouse and production line organized.
12. Report material shortages immediately.
13. Dispose of waste according to environmental regulations.
14. Attend required training courses.
15. Examine, stock, and distribute materials on inventory and manufacturing lines.
16. Conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
17. Audit kits for accuracy as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
