Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, sort, and organize materials at our facility in Minnesota. You will maintain precise inventory records and support shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely delivery of supplies.

You will follow HIPAA requirements and quality expectations while keeping the workspace safe and orderly. The role requires basic lifting and the ability to work with ERP/QMS systems and Outlook.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • Preferred: experience in medical device industry.
  • Forklift operation ability or training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, store, and organize materials per warehouse standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls and records for stock locations.
  • Support shipping/receiving activities and staging orders for delivery.
  • Follow HIPAA compliance and quality requirements; escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean 5S work environment across shelves and workstations.
  • Collaborate with team to support production flow and attendance guidelines.

Job description

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, store, and organize materials in accordance with Warehouse Management standards, including placement on racks, shelves, bins, and designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls by processing stock location orders, recording materials received or distributed, supporting cycle counts/physical inventory, and ensuring required documentation is complete
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, pulling materials, packing orders, and staging completed orders for delivery
  • Follow established procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations, including HIPAA compliance, and escalating problems or quality concerns that may impact product quality or process flow
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment using 5S practices, including keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and orderly
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth production flow, adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in medical device industry
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift or able to successfully pass forklift training within 30 days of hire
Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds from floor to table
  • Ability to stand for 2-3 hour blocks
  • Comfortable working on computers, especially Microsoft Outlook, navigating ERP and QMS systems

Pay Range

US Pay Range: $17 - $22.58 USD
