The purpose of the Material Handler position is to move goods within the warehouse or distribution center to support production and shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Move goods from point to point within the warehouse.
• Supply production areas with products and remove finished goods for storage or shipment.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Sort, process, pack, and organize materials and shipments.
• Record and document inventory movements accurately.
• Assemble and relocate orders as needed.
• Maintain productivity and safety standards daily.
• Operate RF devices and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure timely shipping and receiving.
• Participate in cross-training and uphold quality and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an organized, color-coded environment.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong reading and operational skills for labels and systems.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience and leadership skills are a plus.
• Experience with WMS or RF systems is preferred.
