Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent. No experience required. 3-6 months of on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities: This position requires routine physical tasks to assist in production activities at the CNC Machine Shop. Responsibilities include supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and moving materials to and from specific areas.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Adhere to all plant safety rules and procedures.
  • Load, unload, stack, separate, and move parts and materials using machines, trucks, forklifts, conveyors, and cranes.
  • Perform general cleanup duties including maintaining the plant grounds, buildings, work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Attach slings, ropes, cables, or chains to move materials.
  • Weigh, count, identify, package, and tag materials or products for transfer or shipping.
  • Complete necessary documents for shipping, receiving, and maintenance.
  • Inspect materials under supervision.
  • Use proper packaging, stacking, and palletizing methods.
  • Operate precision measuring devices, hand tools, cutting torches, forklifts, overhead cranes, etc., as required.

The work environment includes both shop floor and outdoor duties. Physical labor such as standing, walking, lifting, and operating machinery is required.
