Kinder Morgan is seeking a bulk transport operator to safely move scrap and finished materials by truck to and from barges and storage yards. You will perform pre-trip inspections, safe loading and unloading, and coordinate with customers to meet service expectations.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work all shifts and weekends in varying weather conditions. Prior heavy equipment experience is a plus.
Responsible for the safe, efficient and quality-conscious transport of bulk scrap commodities to or from barges, railcars, trucks and storage facilities. Assure the work being performed consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of the supervisor as well as published policies and procedures
Operate various size (up to approximately 100 ton) construction trucks, transporting scrap and/or finished materials to and from marine dock, storage yard, receiving bins and other locations as required:
