Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals for a Material Handler role. No experience required; training will be provided. You will unload railcars and trucks, perform basic quality control, and operate forklifts and other equipment while following safety policies.

Opportunities to advance toward Operator or Supervisor exist as you learn and grow. This hands-on, outdoor position requires lifting and rotating shifts of 10–12 hours, including days, nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
• Carry 50 pounds; lift 65 pounds; push/pull 120 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control testing on materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow plant safety procedures and policies.
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations.
