Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Material Handler (pick/pack/ship) in Grand Rapids, MI to perform shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing and delivering materials. The role operates 1st shift, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday with a pay rate of $16.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
• Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
• Walk the length of the flow rack.
• Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.
• Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
