Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, and distributing materials for Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.

The role involves receiving goods, processing stock transfer orders, and moving items to staging areas while following SOPs and GMP requirements. Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating PIT equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, ISO, FDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver orders for direct materials used in Manufacturing and Packaging Lines.
• Process Stock Transfer Orders to Distribution Center.
• Move material to storage bins or staging areas with proper equipment following all SOPs.
• Assure quality, accuracy, and compliance with GMPs in shipping, receiving and the warehouse operation.
• Accurately receive goods, verify against shipment records, and inspect condition.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely.
• Handle and move materials and products in manufacturing areas per guidelines.
• Monitor warehouse space and maintain proper utilization.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Data entry, cycle counting, and forklift battery maintenance.
