Accurate Personnel is seeking a Material Handler for the Bloomingdale, IL area to operate forklifts and manage material flow on the 2nd shift. You will load/unload, stage products, and ensure safe handling and accurate inventory using WMS and TMS.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining accurate records while following safety policies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, and 1–2 years in a warehouse

• Valid forklift operator certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably on the 2nd shift.
• Proficiency in using TMS and WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, etc.) to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Inspect forklifts and other material handling equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
• Handle products in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing damage and ensuring product integrity.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are correctly loaded and secured.
• Transport materials between storage and work areas.
• Use WMS to accurately scan, pick, and stage products according to customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating WMS with real-time data on product locations and quantities.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Utilize TMS for tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Update shipment status and documentation in the TMS.
• Safety and Compliance: – Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler to join our team in Bloomingdale, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21/hour


• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
