McKesson Corporation is hiring for a Distribution Center warehouse Associate in Aurora, IL. Full-time night shifts: Sunday 6:30 pm start, Monday-Thursday 7:30 pm start until completion. Base pay begins at $22.65/hr with increases up to $23.18/hr in 12 months.

Incentives may push earnings higher for top performers. You will ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and participate in wellbeing and training programs to operate equipment and automation safely.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly during a shift.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following shifts available: Full time

Sunday 6:30 pm start, Monday -Thursday 7:30 pm start until completion.

Base pay rate starting at $22.65 for night shifts Rate increasing up to $23.18/hr in the first 12 months!

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You'll Do

Keep Your Edge: Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning: We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.
