Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler, Retail to support our production team in Fort Collins. You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment to move and stage donated products, ensuring efficient flow and accurate handling.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized work areas, meeting productivity targets, and preparing items for shipment. A pre-employment drug screen is required, with a minimum age of 18. On-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift and related equipment to move and stage donated products.
• Keep production areas stocked, organized and clean to minimize downtime.
• Prepare items for shipment and track goods received and shipped at docks.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies; participate in continuous improvement.
