Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in our Texas facility to load, unload, and move finished goods and incoming materials, ensuring proper packaging and customer requirements are met.

You will operate forklifts, verify shipments, and participate in inventories while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• 1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to move materials and goods safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to assigned locations.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, verifying quantity and quality.
• Ensure material movements comply with procedures and storage/shipment requirements.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Stock and issue materials as needed.
• Work safely using PPE and follow CI/5S/STW initiatives.
