Job summary

Cosma International in Piedmont, South Carolina is seeking a full-time forklift operator to safely move and stage loads, maintain accurate inventory, and help uphold OSHA and Magna safety standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, current forklift certification, and knowledge of SAP Shop Floor. Competitive benefits and pay range $19.94–$24.97 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hold or obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Current forklift license to be obtained within 1 week of hire.
• Must perform scanning and proper inventory control.
• Knowledge of equipment capabilities and attachments.
• Knowledge of controls, safety standards, and federal/state rules.
• Familiarity with SAP Shop Floor.

Responsibilities

• Follow all environmental health and safety procedures and policies.
• Safely position forks/ lifting platform and transport loads.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain good housekeeping.
• Scan, label, and reconcile items; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Understand flow in Flow Rack system; work with cross-training as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
