Job summary

Direct Start, a leading manufacturing company in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Material Handler to keep our production line flowing smoothly. You will operate forklifts, rigging equipment, and build skids using a nail gun while collaborating with the warehouse and production teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of material handling experience, a valid forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as Material Handler or similar role.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Experience with rigging equipment and nail guns.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport materials to production areas.
• Use rigging equipment to move materials.
• Build skids and secure materials using a nail gun.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and products.
• Inspect materials for quality and report defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support production and warehouse operations.
