Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a dedicated worker to organize, restock, and maintain weld parts bins in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This 1st shift role runs 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires and a wage of $18–$20 per hour based on skillset.

You will change out bins at weld cells, keep racks tidy, and coordinate with Press Brake operators to ensure the correct parts are available for daily production.

Qualifications

• Dependability and good attendance.
• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist safely.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and withstand long periods of standing/bending.

Responsibilities

• Change out bins and parts at the weld cells.
• Keep bins organized in bin racks.
• Coordinate with Press Brake operators to supply the right parts for the day's production.
• Read pull sheets to ensure all parts are present.
