Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Wilmington, IL, is hiring a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts, pick and pack, load and unload, and support inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Assist with auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
