Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production by receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials throughout the facility. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify deliveries, and maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• OSHA forklift certification after hire.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and material information.

Responsibilities

• Pull and deliver materials to production areas according to work orders and schedules.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and move items to designated storage locations.
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, including quantities, descriptions, and condition of materials.
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas, including labeling, sorting, and tracking materials.
• Record material movement, quantities, and locations to support accurate inventory control.
• Stage materials and supplies for production teams and maintain in process inventory at work centers.
