Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Monroe, MI is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to operate forklift trucks safely and handle material receiving with proper documentation. You will pack materials, verify weights, and perform density tests per quality requirements.

Duties include staging shipments, flagging non-conforming products to Shipping Lead, following all QA/ESH policies, and working overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or Shipping experience a plus.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Good math, written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks safely and effectively.
• Receive material and ensure proper documentation.
• Pack out material from silo to correct weight per order.
• Perform bulk density testing per quality requirements.
• Stage bag shipments.
• Alert Shipping Lead for non-conforming product.
• Pack molded parts per shipment specifications.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as assigned by management.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
