Job summary

Dayton Superior, operating White Cap, seeks a forklift operator for on-site material movement in Kentucky. You will load/unload pallets, move materials to designated areas to supply operators, and assist with shipper/receiver duties.

Requires a HS Diploma or GED and 2-5 years of relevant experience; must be a trained forklift operator and comfortable with physical work in a manufacturing setting. This is an on-site role with occasional light travel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and containers from machines per work orders or verbal instructions.
• Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Move material from storage or work sites to designated areas to ensure operators have raw materials.
• Stack and assemble materials into bundles; band bundles.
• Remove empty pallets from equipment; perform Shipper/Receiver duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
