Job summary

Printpack Inc. in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Material Handler for full-time work. You will move materials, operate forklifts, and assist production while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reading production schedules, and following standardized procedures. A forklift certification and basic computer skills are essential; 5S and CI participation are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety inspections and document results.
• Load and unload trucks according to shipping and receiving schedules.
• Store and retrieve pallets; document inventory locations with handheld devices.
• Stage materials per production schedules.
• Move WIP pallets between machine locations and rack storage.
• Maintain organized storage and rack numbering.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain records.
• Complete safety checklists and logs.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness; support Continuous Improvement.
