Job summary

SeaCa Plastics Packaging in Surprise, AZ is seeking a manufacturing associate to help keep production lines stocked, assist operators, move materials, and maintain a clean, safe workplace. You will locate orders before runs and report any equipment issues to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities include supporting finishing operators, ensuring product availability, and maintaining housekeeping throughout the shift. Forklift certification is a plus and night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate machines and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. on rotating night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep production lines supplied with materials to continue work smoothly.
• Support machine operators and team members during production.
• Move products, sheet stock, and pallets as needed.
• Locate and prepare orders before production runs.
• Report equipment issues, damaged products, or shortages to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with recycling, waste removal, and general housekeeping tasks.
• Help with other duties to support production goals.
• Assist finishing operators to ensure product movement.
• Ensure each machine has product available to continue production.
• Maintain housekeeping throughout the shift and report issues.
• Locate orders before start of run.
• Supplies sheet stock and pallets to machine centers.
