Job summary

Hendrickson in Navarre, OH is seeking a Materials/warehouse team member to assist in material handling within the Materials department. You will load/unload trucks, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires reading/writing, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Overtime may be required, and teamwork is essential to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Must be able to become forklift certified.
• Ability to work overtime, as production demands require.
• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Ability to follow operation procedures and assess problems and recommend solutions.
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions.
• Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.
• Prior forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trucks with incoming or outgoing materials.
• Operates company truck to move materials to or from plant.
• Unloads steel trucks and moves materials to storage areas.
• Operates sit-down and high-reach lifts to store or deliver materials.
• Reports daily activities.
• Manages material flow, inventory and replenishment processes.
