Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a Material Handler – Level 1 at our Utah Facility in West Jordan. You will safely move, store, and transfer materials, operate forklifts, support inventory, and assist assembly as part of our Materials team.

The role requires a high school diploma and forklift certification, ability to lift 45 pounds, strong safety practices, and good communication. You will document work, follow 5S and ERP/WMS processes, and contribute to continuous improvement while working overtime as

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma.
Previous forklift operation/certification.
Ability to lift 45 pounds.
Understanding and application of workplace safety procedures.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Safely move, store, and transfer materials including forklift operation.
Receive, move, stage, issue, and account for raw materials and production components.
Perform daily inspections of powered lift trucks and verify safe operating condition.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Identify material types, part numbers, heat numbers, and inventory labels.
Maintain organized inventory locations and follow FIFO and inventory control procedures.
