Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment with Germantown, WI facilities. The role focuses on forklift operation, material routing, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

The successful candidate will maintain safety standards, operate cranes/hoists, and support purchasing/inventory activities, contributing to efficient material flow and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience or an associates degree in Industrial Maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing machines, cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift and maintain required certification.
• Route or deliver materials to correct storage or manufacturing locations.
• Perform shipping/receiving functions and ensure safe loading/unloading.
• Check goods received against POs or slips and prepare reports.
• Identify materials by quantity, type, size, and part numbers.
• Label, store, and inventory items; track and adjust as needed.
• Process Returned Goods Authorizations and enter into the database.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory Control to maintain accurate levels.
• Operate cranes and hoists; comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Protect company information and maintain confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in projects.
