Job summary

RK Industries is hiring a Material Handler in Henderson, CO, to safely load, unload, and transport raw materials, parts, and fabricated components across the facility. You will stage materials for production, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver items to the correct teams on time, supporting quality and productivity on all projects.

You will work with fabrication crews, shop leads, and logistics staff, operating forklifts and cranes, performing routine safety checks, and ensuring materials

Qualifications

• 3+ years forklift and material handling experience in heavy steel.
• Experience with All Terrain extended boom forklift and Telehandler.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain storage yards and warehouses for cleanliness and safety.
• Issue material by field requisition and distribute as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and check others' paperwork for errors.
• Identify materials being received or shipped and verify correct items.
• Maintain accurate inventory transaction records.
• Move materials to designated areas using hand trucks or powered devices.
• Coordinate shipment loading and notify supervisor when shipment is ready.
• Load/unload materials within warehouse or storage facility.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, conveyors or similar handling equipment.
• Perform additional assignments as requested by supervisor.
