Job summary

RK Industries in Henderson, NV is seeking a Material Handler to support manufacturing operations. You will load, unload, and transport raw materials, stage inventory, and collaborate with fabrication crews to keep workflows smooth.

You will train new employees and ensure safety and accuracy in storage and documentation. The role requires forklift operation, overhead cranes, and mobility around warehouses; you may travel to jobsites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift and material handling experience in heavy steel.
• Experience with all-terrain extended boom forklift and telehandler.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect storage yards and warehouses; report issues.
• Move material with forklift or hand trucks as directed.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate shipment loading and prepare required paperwork.
• Serve as primary trainer for new employees.
• Deliver materials to jobsites as needed; may require MVR.
