Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support equipment operation and efficient warehouse processes. You will participate in picking, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, using a forklift when certified, and ensuring accurate inventory through basic record-keeping. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire; a valid state driver’s license preferred.
• Candidate should be capable of operating hand and power tools and performing manual tasks; basic computer proficiency; forklift certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, coordinating with operations as needed.
• Perform manual labor such as picking inventory, counting cargo, staging and loading goods with hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the area; prepare and assemble orders and move materials to designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets or bins according to size, type, style, color, product code and related characteristics.
• Opportunity to operate a forklift once certified and required.
• Complete or verify forms, labels and other information to ensure inventory accuracy and successful receiving/delivery of goods.
• Operate hand tools to close or open bales, build or tear down crates and other containers.
• Assist with identifying potential operational or service concerns and help resolve them.
• Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks including sweeping, cleaning docks, staging, packing and racking.
