Job summary

Structural Component Systems, Inc. in Fremont, NE is hiring full-time forklift operators to function as material handlers or material associates outside our warehouse.

Shifts run Monday–Friday; 1st shift 5:00 AM–1:15 PM and 2nd shift 1:15 PM–9:00 PM, with starting pay $20–$22 per hour and increases every 6 months based on performance. No forklift experience is required for most roles; loaders may require it.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 105 pounds.
• Must operate a forklift in tight spaces and in a full yard.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multidirectional or Hyundai forklift to pick loose material orders.
• Unload incoming trucks/railcars and organize assigned areas.
• Load products onto flatbed trailers and ensure correct staging.
• Maintain neat, organized storage areas and follow safety rules.
