Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division in Pinckneyville, IL is seeking a Material Handler (Forklift Operator) for the 1st shift. Core hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include staging and transporting materials, performing SAP transactions, moving materials to production areas, and operating a power-industrial forklift safely. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and residence within 50 miles of Pinckneyville; forklift

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Material Handler (Forklift Operator)- 1st Shift at our Pinckneyville, IL facility! The core hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $22.47 per hour.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.

Position Success Criteria:

• Licensed or ability to get and maintain license to operate a power-industrial forklift truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or move for prolonged periods of time during the workshift as required by operational needs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as required to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to raise arms above shoulder level and perform overhead work as required with or without reasonable accommodation.
