Job summary

Spray Products Corp. is seeking a Material Handler to ensure uninterrupted production by staging and moving raw materials and finished goods. You will operate a sit-down forklift, manage staging, and assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts within a chemical manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, good English communication, and the ability to work overtime. You will contribute to safety, quality standards, and paperwork accuracy across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to work overtime as required.
• 1-3 years sit down forklift experience.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Stage and de-stage materials, ensuring correct chemicals or raw consumables.
• Staging of materials being received direct from vendors.
• Communicate to multiple department heads, production and warehouse staff.
• Moving materials with forklift.
• Put away received materials.
• Conducts inventory analysis to anticipate and resolve potential inventory problems.
• Help coordinate regular cycle counts and the annual full physical inventory count.
• Work on special projects as directed.
• Responsible for carrying out company policy and initiatives.
• Generate appropriate paperwork for pallet tags.
• Match pick ticket with order when staging production line in a timely and accurate manner.
• Moving materials and pallets with forklift.
• Will be required to follow safety and quality standards.
• Fill out Quality paperwork for shift.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly. Remove trash.
