Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training: Successfully obtain KAMTEK forklift license.
• Other: Safe work practices, general knowledge of mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies.
• Establish and maintain communication with other team members and support departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures established for each workstation.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and ensure records.
• Move, relocate, and load/unload parts to meet production needs.
• Operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment safely.
• Monitor inventory levels using an inventory scanner and FIFO standards.
• Ensure materials are placed correctly in designated locations.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety policies.
• Work unsupervised when required and be a team player across zones.
