Job summary

Techmer PM is seeking a Material Handler for our Dalton, GA facility. The role runs on 1st shift, 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Thursday and Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, with a starting rate of $20.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, material movement, and accurate inventory handling within a warehouse environment. OSHA safety standards apply, with benefits and opportunities for growth on offer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently and operate forklift.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within warehouse.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Accurately pick materials for production and deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and record movements in the system.
• Adhere to FIFO and escalate issues as needed.
