Job summary

Rockline Industries in Morristown, TN is seeking a Material Handler to support warehousing and shipping operations. The role involves moving raw materials and finished goods using forklift equipment and related PITs, reading shipping docs, and ensuring accurate data entry in JD Edwards.

The position is safety-sensitive and requires a high school diploma, teamwork, and a basic understanding of GMP, FDA, and OSHA guidelines. Overtime opportunities and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse flow.
• Experience in Logistics (Warehouse Shipping and Receiving).
• Prior forklift and powered industrial trucks experience preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience desirable.
• JD Edwards experience desirable.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge.
• GMP, FDA, OSHA knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Drives and certifies on Forklift, clamp truck, walkie rider and other PITs to move materials.
• Reads Bills of Materials and Bills of Lading and completes BOLs for loads.
• Operates scan gun and JD Edwards system to locate/scan products and print BOLs.
• Identify external customers and direct to doors, complete required paperwork.
• Troubleshooting shipping issues.
• Scan confirmed loads into Docushare.
• Communicate when live loads arrive.

• Maintain safety responsibility in all tasks.
