Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse flow.
• Experience in Logistics (Warehouse Shipping and Receiving).
• Prior forklift/Powered Industrial Trucks experience preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience desirable.
• Prior JD Edwards experience desirable.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations a plus.
• Team or independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Drives and certifies on Forklift, clamp truck, walkie rider, and other PITs to move materials.
• Reads and understands Bills of Materials and Bills of Lading; completes required BOLs.
• Operates scan gun and JD Edwards to locate, scan, and print bills of lading.
• Identifies customers and directs them to doors; completes required paperwork.
• Troubleshoots shipping issues as they occur.
• Scans confirmed loads into Docushare and communicates live loads.
• Maintains safety with Rockline RRITE values and teamwork.
