Qualifications

• 2+ years in material handling, shipping, receiving, or similar roles.
• Experience using ERP systems to update inventory records.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across departments.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Forklift certification is preferred and is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software.
• Comfort working in a dynamic start-up environment where processes evolve.
• Attention to detail in packaging, documentation, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering to move parts and materials.
• Maintain clean, labeled storage across shipping, receiving, and storage areas.
• Verify packaging, banding, and securing materials for transport.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing to resolve material flow issues.
• Update inventory records in ERP to ensure accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts safely.
• Follow procedures for material handling, storage, and documentation.
• Support inventory control by tracking and reconciling materials.
