MP Materials in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Material Handler to move materials and goods efficiently within the production facility and support the manufacturing team in daily operations. You will read work orders, track inventory, and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include operating forklift and other material handling equipment, keeping the work area clean and compliant with safety policies, and cross-training to assist in other areas as workload

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of working experience.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to follow established written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding and knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

• Movement of materials and shipments according to work orders and transfers.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Support production equipment operation following procedures.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold Safety Culture.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized; follow safety policies.
• Perform equipment inspections, sweeping, dusting, and warehouse organization.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as workload requires.
