Responsibilities

• Picking: use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands; stage products in the appropriate areas; stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products per client requirements; follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Quality Control: verify products and orders meet quality standards; report damages or discrepancies; stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products; follow SOPs.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: execute safety protocols and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; comply with SOPs, policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS standards.
• Equipment Operation: operate equipment such as pallet jacks; maintain equipment and report problems; follow safe work methods; assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned; overtime may be required or voluntary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED.
• Other: Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures; conditions vary with seasons.
• Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: English (reading, writing, verbal); basic to intermediate math to verify quantities and manage inventory; strong attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision; adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
• Current or prior MHE (Material Handling Equipment) certification.

Compensation: $18.00/hr - $20.50/hr

Schedule: Second Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)
