Shift 1 (United States of America)

This position is responsible for moving parts and machines.

Essential/Key Functions
  1. Loads/Unloads incoming/outgoing machines.
  2. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, crate, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
  3. Use overhead cranes daily to load and unload large inventory.
  4. Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances.
  5. Examine inbound and outbound shipments.
  6. Organize warehouse and receiving space.
  7. Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
  8. Check, verify, and fulfill manufacturing needs.
  9. Follow all company safety and hygiene regulations.
  10. Contribute ideas to improve warehousing and receiving procedures.
  11. Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to transport large items around the plant.
  12. Update management or supervisor on inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  13. Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed.
  14. Promote good housekeeping (5S).
Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Minimum (Required) Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or material handling, including forklift operation.
  2. Basic computer skills.
  3. Ability to work independently or in a team with little supervision.
  4. Good organizational skills and effective communication across shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in material handling in manufacturing.
  2. Crane or hoist operation experience.
