Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is hiring for a full-time warehouse role in Owensville, MO. Expect an 8-hour day, Monday–Friday, day shift with overtime as needed. Become part of a team focused on material handling, safety, and timely production support in our sign industry operations.

You will operate a forklift, stock materials, and coordinate with supervision to ensure smooth workflow from receipt to shipping, in a facility renowned for stability and internal growth.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of recent warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office suite, email, internet navigation.
• Recent forklift experience required.
• Be willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Ability to take and PASS pre-employment drug screen test.
• Strong work ethic – dedicated to getting the job done.
• Interest in growing with Grimco – potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to manufacturing lines.
• Supply manufacturing work centers with material and transport finished goods to inventory/shipping.
• Actively engage with production supervisors to pre-plan needs and delivery.
• Active involvement in safety oversight and adherence to rules.
• Operate forklift to lift up to 5,000 lb items.
• Transport finished material to the next process.
• Assist operators/assistants and store stock in correct locations.
• Conduct preoperational inspections of lift trucks.
• Assist with scrap and transportation to the proper area.
• Keep work areas neat and clean and work as part of a team.
