Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years prior experience in similar role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift License from ATCO required.
• Knowledge of construction materials preferred.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Oracle.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Time-management, organized, and documentation skills.
• Prior inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards meet client and internal requirements.
• Maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
• Restock supplies daily and rotate inventory.
• Receive daily materials per packing list in Oracle.
• Distribute supplies and equipment while monitoring par levels.
• Notify Inventory analyst of outdated or slow-moving inventory.
• Follow established channels of communication for issues.
• Efficiently utilize time in completing work.
• Meet attendance standards; be punctual.
