Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or be able to obtain within 30 days.
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience required.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo; able to work in a team-lift environment.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of all power-operated equipment that requires certification.
• Safe and efficient movement of Product, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment, potentially with a forklift.
• Label and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse order and ensure pallet locations are available for incoming items.
• Update Warehouse Management System with transactions.
• Assist with contacting freight couriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Assist in cycle counting and periodic inventories.
• Support team in meeting customer expectations and communicating issues to supervisors.
