Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.

• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Operate forklift and assist with cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, and totes staging.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse operations.
• Support automated packing system during production shifts.
• Adhere to performance measures and contract requirements.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
