Job summary

CrossFire Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator in Sidman, PA to load and unload materials, operate propane and electric forklifts, and prepare shipments for delivery. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers Monday–Friday hours from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with pay at $19.13 per hour. A High School Diploma or GED and prior warehouse or forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling, or forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift experience operating propane and/or electric forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify shipping documents and customer information.
• Safely operate propane and electric forklifts.
• Complete daily pre-shift forklift inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Load finished products onto semi-trucks and box trucks.
• Prepare, stage, and package products for shipment.
• Perform material handling and material preparation duties.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are ready for delivery. Responsibilities

Depending on daily assignments, responsibilities may include:
